I find purpose in and am passionate about my work. I thrive in ambigious, entrepreneurial environments where I can directly deliver business outcomes.
Product & Growth Lead
Product Management
October 2025 - Current
At Salient, I am a Product & Growth Lead, owning success for one of our key verticals. I lead the product roadmap, product management, and all commercial activities, growing a new SKU to >$XM in ARR.
Salient is a Series A, YC and a16z-backed fintech startup building AI agents for America's biggest lenders.
As the third business hire, I originally joined the Founder's Office, spearheading strategic ops/growth initiatives and product management for another product. In January, I transitioned into a product lead role, where I have the privilege of working alongside an incredibly talented engineering and ops team to bring a new product offering from 0→1.
At Salient, I've had the opportunity of growing within an AI-native organization, building proficiency in AI and dev tooling (Claude Code, Codex, Git, etc.) As an early employee (Series A), I've been able to drive impact across all areas of the business, ranging from product management, to sales strategy, and even building hiring initiatives.
Summer Associate & Associate
Management Consulting
June 2023 - October 2025
As an Associate for BCG in the SF office, my project experience included:
AI and digital twin strategy for public software company
Data center strategy for multinational energy company
Due diligence in the home care space
Due diligence in the fintech space
Due diligence in the capital markets space
Due diligence in the cybersecurity space
Build-out and implementation of AI tool for a consumer company as a product manager alongside BCGX
Defining the GTM motion for a cyber company
Defining data center operational strategy for a technology company
At BCG I had the chance to be exposed to many critical industries, while honing client-facing and business skills (e.g., financial modeling, presentations, stakeholder management). I intentionally dedicated a bulk of my time in the PE (PIPE) group to work on private equity transactions and get reps learning about unique verticals. Through my time in the PE group, I learned the fundamentals of how to scale/sell earlier stage companies. This experience inspired a brief founder stint which ultimately drove me to my next role at Salient.
VC Analyst Intern
Venture Capital
October 2021 - June 2023
As a Venture Capital Analyst Intern, I had exposure to the entire VC life-cycle including LP outreach, sourcing companies, and deal due diligence.
Initially, I took a research-focused role as I broke down the CPG, Agriculture, Fintech, and Blockchain industries into comprehensive reports for the partners at the fund. I learned how to perform market and competitive analyses to contextualize investment ideas. Eventually, I started directly screening/pitching investments, as an analyst to the deal team.
Working at Santa Clara Ventures was a great way to boost my network and understanding of the Silicon Valley startup scene. The fund is directly tied to a university-based accelerator and I have had the chance to meet many amazing founders and operators. Here, I also gained experience with helping set up and manage physical events for founders.
Uniquely, I saw cyclical trends and market changes, especially with AI and Web3 - which has helped me become a more disciplined investor.
Growth Coordinator / Go-to-Market & Growth Intern
eCommerce SaaS
August 2021 - September 2022
Tags Commerce was an eCommerce-empowering SaaS with enterprise and consumer-facing elements. Tags distributes commerce omnichannel to reduce checkout friction and increase brand loyalty.
As the first intern at the company, I had the opportunity to see a startup being built at the ground level. I wore many hats and adapted to changing product, market, investor, and customer needs. I spent the majority of my time on go-to-market initiatives and collaborated heavily with a partnered media agency. I strategized and rolled out campaigns to highlight value proposition and customer success stories.
As I gained tenure, I eventually managed a contract employee and ran our entire B2B sales outreach. Additionally, I led internal meetings and initiatives to drive community and strategic direction. I supported the fundraising process, meeting with and creating deliverables for investors to close a $3.5M pre-seed raise.
This was a unique role as I essentially had to build my own workstream every single day. I was able to adapt to this ambiguity and plug myself into wherever I was needed to maximize my value. I worked alongside every function there is and learned how to communicate effectively with people of all roles and seniorities.
This experience ultimately highlighted entrepreneurship and investing as career paths that I had a passion for.
